If you are referring to the file containing file info for patching the game client, there is no automatic update file generation. Borg is a framework bundled with a world and login server – it is not a product one can use out of the box.
You need to implement an actual game, host it on the WS, create a Login server environment with a process scanning your update directory and creating the updateindex.xml. Check the Borg sourcebase trunkSourceClientsHasher folder for a small demo application used to create the updateindex.xml.

I you are asking where the updateindex.xml for our Mages & Mercenaries game is – there is no updateindex. The game is in its early stage and not yet playable.
